Personal Credit or Business Credit
I have to say that there is a lack of knowledge in one particular subject only because it has been a hidden secret. The rich don’t want you to know, the banks don’t want you to know nobody wants you to know this secret. Why? Because it is the best way to build a fortune but since it isn’t shared this loophole is only used by the super rich to get money to fund their projects.
Wouldn’t be exciting to get loans and supplies for your business on the business? Most people don’t realize but you can actually build a separate credit profile for your business as opposed to your personal credit. This is great because your business credit rating will not affect your personal credit score. You can also then get a lot of money if your personal credit score is not so great.
I have started several businesses over the years. This is the best experience story I can give. I had started one company which right away qualified for a business credit card. I was using it to leverage my business and started to see some success. I then made the decision to buy a house so I could have a seperate office instead of my crammed apartment.
Then I decided to go to the bank and apply for the mortgage. To my surprise they came out and said I didn’t qualify because I was too heavily leveraged. I didn’t know how I had worked hard on getting my bills paid down. Then I found out the secret This business credit card I was using was not a business credit card it was a personal credit card that said business on it, all that debt was showing as my own debt not the business.
The fact is that you can separate your business and personal credit but it is nearly impossible to find out how. The reason is most banks don’t even know how to do it, especially the people YOU talk to. However, this is how banks really make the money you just have to get to the right people. After many trials and errors I finally found how to build business credit for my business.
